By accessing or using Hairplan ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including barbers, hairdressers, and their clients.
Hairplan is a booking and client management platform designed for barbers and hairdressers. The Service allows professionals to manage appointments, client records, and business operations, and allows clients to book appointments online.
You must sign in using Manus OAuth to access the full features of Hairplan. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You may not use another person's account without their permission.
When you book an appointment through Hairplan, you are entering into an agreement directly with the salon or professional you are booking with. Hairplan is a technology platform and is not a party to that agreement.
Cancellation policies are set by individual shops. Please review the shop's cancellation policy before booking. Hairplan is not responsible for any disputes between clients and service providers regarding appointments, cancellations, or refunds.
Hairplan offers a digital wallet ("Hairplan Credits") that can be topped up using Stripe and used to pay for bookings. Wallet credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Booking deposits may be required by individual shops. These are set at the shop's discretion and are clearly displayed before you confirm your booking.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Hairplan does not store your payment card details. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

The Hairplan name, logo, and all related content are the property of Hairplan and its licensors. You may not use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service, such as photos. By uploading content, you grant Hairplan a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hairplan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of Hairplan after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
